Tracking numbers may be requested after receiving a shipped notice in your email.
If you do not have access to your email address you can check the status of an order by logging into you online account.
If you are not able to see any orders or did not receive a shipped email after 4 days contact customer support.
Blemishes: All or most items contain blemishes, scratches or other marks that make them not saleable to our G-FORCE Dealers. No items may be returned for blemishes. If items are actually broken or not useable, you must contact customer support from the contact page for a return Authorization.
Returns Any item may
be returned or exchanged up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
If an item is returned
past the 30-day grace period or without original packaging, a restocking charge
of up to 30% can be charged. Any item that has been used, is not returnable.
Any item that has been damaged in shipment is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns must be prior authorized by customer support before shipping. All non-authorized returns will be denied by our shipping department.
PayPal Returns: Paypal returns will be charged a 5.00 re-stocking fee. The Restocking fee must be paid before items can be returned.
P.O. BOXES
UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes so we cannot get items to you without a street
address. This includes military bases that ship to an APO address. We ship via
UPS only. Please do not request other shipping methods.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship internationally to Canada via UPS only. Please do not request other shipping methods.
Customers are responsible for all taxes and/or duties once the order reaches
their country. Please contact your local UPS office for these charges. Please
note that international shipping is expensive and we will provide a shipping
cost for your approval and verify your address before we send any order out.
